Minutes - April 11, 2009 meeting

After the two-phase meeting --- una an seryoso na pre-lunch meeting san mga babayi habang nag-iihaw an mga lalaki nan an sarabay na luncheon meeting (facilitated by San Miguel & Carlo Rossi), yadi po an napagkairistoryahan:

1. Kaipuhan ta DAMO na datung kay dili tiriaw-tiaw an mga gastusan ta sa 2011, including the Black Saturday Parade, the Alumni Ball, the Batch 86 Class legacy (an ihahatag ta sa SNHS na something) and an Batch gimmick para mapaiba kita.

2. Dili na nag-elehir sin mga usual na officers (Pres, VP, Sgt-at-Arms, Muse). Instead, Marcial Espinola and Dada-Dorozan-Bernabe will be the Overall/Lead Coordinators para sa 2011 Silver Jubilee Activities. Then we listed committees & coordinators for each activity. We are encouraging everyone to help out.

3. Yadi an identified na mga gastusan sa 2011:

• Alumni Parade - including banners & streamers, drum corps/band/street entertainers, SNHS stage decoration, post-parade refreshments, registrations, etc.
• Batch Gimmicks & activities - including Family Day, parade attire, banners, refreshments, Alumni Ball production numbers (igwa talaga sadi!)
• Class Legacy Project - to be identified
• Alumni Ball - everything included in setting up the gym, providing the entertainment, making sure people have a great time.
• Miscellaneous - invitations, tokens for teachers, kun mapa-misa amo pa, etc.

4. After a lot of brain"washing", yadi man an magiging activities ta para makatipon:

• Raffle - 2009 & 2010
• Disco - 2009 & 2010
• Bingo - 2009 & 2010
• Carolling - 2009 & 2010
• Souvenir Program - 2009 to 2011
• Paghagad sa kun sin-o sin-o - 2009 to 2011
• Pledges from various members
• Mandatory na hatag per members - currently pegged at P200/each

5. Mauuna an Raffle sa intiro para magkaigwa kita puhunan. Mapili kita ipapa-raffle na highly desirable man na prizes para mas damo an maengganyo.

7. An existing kuarts ta niyan, TUMATAGINTING na Php14,350.00. (Basi may makahatag na lang tabi sin 650 para maging kinse mil na lamang, hehehe.)

8. May mga nag-pledge na sin daragko na amount and pinapirma na sinda ni Lucy. Para dili makanigar, ginritrato pa an act of signing! Thank you Glen, Nereo & the Lustestica couple.

9. We will also have Giving Back/Charitable activities to be identified later. Suggestions: (pasensiya na kay at this point medyo Under-the-Influence na an mga tawo, hahaha)

• Medical Mission (na may bayad)
• Dental Mission (c/o Jessica --- magabot saro, an bayad duwa)
• "Spoon" Feeding (School feeding)
• Operation Tule (sabi ni Lualhati, para may finesse dapat "Batch 86 Presents: Pathways to Manhood")
