UPDATES on MEMORY BOOK

Ma-update lang tabi ako san status san aton Memory Book/Souvenir Programme and mahagad man tabang at the same time.

Medyo ginkakapos kita sa budget for the original plan (200 copies w/ 80 pages in full-color). Pinaka-barato kasi na na-canvass namon will cost us Php165,000.  So far an total pa lang san pledges & ad placements nasa P92k. We are hoping na madagdagan pa ini pero this early we are looking at decreasing the number of pages or of copies (halimbawa, 150 copies na lang or 60 pages na lang). But let's keep the full-color thing kay awat na nagbatog an milenyo.

Instead of paying someone else to do the layout for us or magpasukot pa kita additional sa printer,  kami na lang ni Sheila anay an ma-layout. Don't worry, may adviser man kami na very talented na graphic designer so HOPEFULLY dili man magmukhang trabaho sin mga amateur. Nag-schedule na kami to work on this starting this weekend and every Friday & Saturday hanggang February 19. Then masubmit na kami sa printer then checking san proof, etc na an masunod.

Kaipuhan mi tabi an bulig niyo.  Maski hain kamo na lupalop san mundo, I think you can do these (well maybe not #1 pero malay ta). Akudir, pipol, akudir!

1.  An dili pa, please consider taking an ad/greeting space sa Memory Book or maybe ask your employer or someone you know na magbutang man. Review: It's 5k, 3k, & 2k for whole, half & 1/4 page.  We have prepared letters and advertising contracts for outsiders or businesses.

2. Mag-email tabi kamo saamon san pictures niyo showing you sa work or travelling or sa adventure na whatever plus an mga kids niyo.  OR

3.  At least, allow us to gather pictures from your facebook albums.  Ayaw kamo kakidit, we will select the good pictures you have (an dili man kamo naka-ngiwi, hehe).  If you don't want any of your pictures to be in the Memory Book, please let us know ASAP kay basi kasuhan niyo kami after this for copyright infringement, yargs.  We will try as much as we can to ask for permission for the pictures we use pero since we have a lot to do pa, basi dili mi intiro mahapot.
